In our up to nearly 20 years of CNC machine tool maintenance process, we found that the ball screw ordering cycle seriously affects the maintenance efficiency of CNC machine tools, greatly increasing the maintenance downtime of CNC machine tools. In order to solve this problem, we have set up a special research department for the maintenance of ballscrews to carry out a detailed and comprehensive analysis and practice, and finally summed up a set of effective maintenance process and technology.
First, the necessity of ball screw repair:
1, can greatly reduce the maintenance cost of CNC machine tools. According to our statistical analysis, the maintenance cost of a ball screw is only about 30% of the price of a customised new product. For example: Taiwan PMI 40-10-1300 ball screw, if customised new, its price is 3000 RMB, but its repair price is only 1000 RMB. For example, Japan THK 80-20-4680 Ball Screws, the price of a new one is about 50,000 RMB, but its repair price is only about 8,000 RMB. Therefore, the higher the price of customised ballscrews, its repair is more cost-effective.
2, can shorten the downtime of CNC machine tools. If the ball screw damage caused by CNC machine tool downtime, in the absence of spare parts, to re-customise the new ball screw, its customised cycle is generally 2-3 months, while taking the way of repair, its repair cycle is only 2-3 days, and even in special circumstances, it can be done within the same day repair. For example, Taiwan PMI 40-10-1300 ball screws, if customised new, its ordering cycle is about 3 months (special cycle, its ordering cycle is up to 6 months), but its repair price cycle is only 1-2 days. For example, Japan THK 80-20-4680 ball screws, new custom cycle of about 5 months, but its maintenance cycle is only 2-3 days.

Warranty period after maintenance of Ball Screws
1、We guarantee the ball screws after repair for six months.
2、If the service life of the repaired Ball Screws is less than six months after testing, we will only charge a small amount of cost and inform the customers to customise new Ball Screws in time.
