Taiwan SUN Cylinder Series is the use of small air pressure to increase the pressure of hydraulic pressure, so that CNC machine tools can use low-cost air pressure, you can replace the current liquid pump and other complex hydraulic devices, to achieve the effect of the machine tool tool to change the knife freely.
General principle is summarized: pneumatic pressure input, promote pneumatic piston movement, pneumatic piston to promote hydraulic oil compression, and then promote hydraulic piston movement to hit the knife. The return stroke utilizes the spring force to bounce back. As the area of the pneumatic piston is larger than the area of the hydraulic piston, the realization of the pressure conversion, the smaller pressure into a larger pressure.
The upper chamber of the cylinder of the striking cylinder is fed with air, which pushes the cylinder piston, and through the piston rod pushes the piston in the cylinder to move downward, compressing the hydraulic oil sealed in the cylinder, and the pressure is multiplied, in order to push the movement of the pressure rod and act on the spindle. When the hydraulic rod downward movement to the end position, a small hole in the pressure rod and the air circuit connected, compressed air from the center of the pressure rod discharged to achieve the spindle blowing function.
Knife cylinder of the cylinder cavity into the air, the cylinder piston returns, while the bottom of the hydraulic rod return cylinder connected to the pressure rod back to the starting position, the spindle knife action is completed.
Pressure rod is equipped with a travel block, in its travel limit position, respectively, hit the travel switch, the signal should be sent to the control program to ensure the coordination of the various components, so as not to produce the wrong action.
